Position Summary

As a Maintenance Team Leader, you will supervise and develop a maintenance team while working on cutting‑edge industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, support continuous improvement initiatives, and play a key leadership role within the technical operations of the plant. This is a night-shift position with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

You will contribute to achieving the company’s objectives through the following actions:

Applying and promoting safety standards for yourself and your team.
Communicating, organizing and planning your team’s workload.
Supporting team members in problem‑solving and technical development.
Proposing performance improvement projects.
Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues.
Developing your expertise on advanced, state‑of‑the‑art equipment.
Performing equipment maintenance and repairs.
Responding to emergency calls and providing technical support to production teams.
Assisting with the installation and start‑up of new equipment.
Carrying out preventive maintenance activities.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who can:

Hold a diploma in Electromechanics or Industrial Mechanics.
Bring solutions and thrives in hands‑on environments.

Be comfortable working with automated systems and touchscreen technologies
