SUMMARY OF THE FUNCTION

Under the supervision of the IT operations coordinator, the IT support intern must provide efficient and courteous IT operationalsupport to users.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and install end-user IT equipment :

  • Computers (configuration, reconfiguration, updating, security);
  • Industrial equipment (scanners printers, forklift computers);
  • Broadcast screens (cafeterias, receptions);
  • Printers and print queues;
  • Mobile tools (tablets, cell phones);
  • Conference room;
  • Telephony equipment (console, extensions and voicemail);
  • Maintain computer repositories in a suitable situation.

Process requests for repair/replacement/removal of equipment.
Track escalated tickets in our internal system.
Work in collaboration with the various external partners who provide IT support services to the Leclerc group.
Work in collaboration with internal infrastructure, development and production teams.
Troubleshoot users, to the best of his or her knowledge. pm the use of commercial software.
Actively participate in IT projects.
Management of Active Directory user accounts.
Reset passwords.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Training in progress or completed with a DEP or AEC in IT support.
Demonstrated interest in customer service and teamwork.
Demonstrated ability to solve problems quickly.
Good learning ability.
Mastery of Windows 10/11 environments.
Demonstrated ability for workstations configuration and diagnostics.
Knowledge of computer components, printers, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft network environments.
Knowledge of telephony would be an asset.
Knowledge of Apple iPad/iPhone products desirable.
