Under the supervision of the Plant Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring accuracy in order to optimize the use of the inventory management system.

Responsibilities

  • Inventory management (cyclical counts, variance analysis, stock rotation monitoring);
  • Participate in the improvement of business processes aimed at the best possible control of inventories;
  • Control operations data and validate bills of material and production data;
  • Train and support production staff in operations data entry;
  • Assist buyers in the management of merchandise returns, with the counting and preparation of goods to be returned;
  • Perform certain tasks to support our procurement, accounting, production and shipping teams.

 

Requirements

  • College diploma in a relevant field;
  • Three (3) to five (5) years' experience in a similar position;
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Computer skill, SAP experience an asset;
  • Ability to communicate in both official languages (French, English).
