Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the student will support the Quality Assurance team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support for legal review of packaging
Support in updating supplier files Ingredients / Packaging (Quality / Purchasing) - Supplier questionnaire / Evaluation of documents received / Linking of information in SAP.
Support in PLM/SAP management of ingredients (input of information, introduction of new ingredients / delisting of obsolete ingredients), help in keeping SAP/PLM up to date at this level.
Support for the drafting of departmental technical documentation/questionnaires for customers (including entry of information on websites, etc.).
Support for the compilation of data for certain internal programs (claims analysis program, pesticides, Aflatoxin, etc.) as well as the updating of these programs.
Document management support for Quality Assurance (classification, archiving, etc...)

SKILLS :

BAC student in STA
Very good knowledge of IT tools, including Office suite
Bilingual French-English (spoken and written)
Good learning skills
Team player, flexible, willing to support the team in diversified tasks.
Ability to handle stress well
