Job summary

The position holder will be assigned to a production line and will be responsible for carrying out the necessary steps in the product transformation process. They must ensure the efficiency of their work in order to maximize production time. In addition to following hygiene and safety rules, they must pay close attention to the quality of the products being made.

Day shiftMonday-Thursday: 6:30-15:30Friday: 6:30-12:30

Responsibilities

  • Weigh the necessary ingredients according to the recipe being made;
  • Incorporate the ingredients into the recipe in the specified order;
  • Handle the ingredients for the recipe in the specified order;
  • Adjust the various equipment needed for product transformation;
  • Keep the work environment clean by following the organization’s established standards;
  • Inform the team leader of any problems or possible improvements to the processes;
  • Fill in for the baker in case of absence;
  • Perform any other related tasks that may assist the baker.

Skills and abilities

  • Has at least a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Has experience in a computerized production environment;
  • Has relevant work experience in a manufacturing industry;
  • Has good physical endurance;
  • Can perform simple mathematical calculations;
  • Is known for precision, autonomy, and efficiency;
  • Is punctual, diligent, versatile, and methodical;
  • Can make decisions under pressure;
  • Has good learning ability and manual dexterity.
