Ingredients
- 6 oatmeal cookies with real milk chocolate
- 4 cups (1L) spartan apples, peeled, seeded and diced (about 6 apples)
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) brown sugar
- 1/4 tbsp (1 ml) cinnamon
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) mini marshmallows
- In a skillet, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for
5-7 minutes, until the apples are cooked.
- Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and cook a few more
minutes.
- Remove from heat and garnish with crushed oatmeal
cookies.
- Serve immediately.
