Apple crisp - Leclerc

Ingredients

6 oatmeal cookies with real milk chocolate
4 cups (1L) spartan apples, peeled, seeded and diced (about 6 apples)
3 tbsp (45 ml) brown sugar
1/4 tbsp (1 ml) cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1/2 cup (125 ml) mini marshmallows

In a skillet, combine apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes, until the apples are cooked.
Sprinkle with mini marshmallows and cook a few more minutes.
Remove from heat and garnish with crushed oatmeal cookies.
Serve immediately.
